What Sets Claude Motion Graphics Apart

Every piece starts from a Motion template and is written as code, so it plays back like a short video yet stays editable down to one word.

  • Animation Written as Code, Not Generated Footage
It moves the text, charts, shapes and images already inside your file through code, so there are no invented actors or realistic stock clips.
  • Everything Lands in Your Artifacts Tab
Each render is saved for you automatically, so you can reopen it later, keep polishing it, or send it around a second time.
  • Precise Edits Without Rebuilding Scenes
Swap a single word, figure or timing cue and the remaining scenes stay exactly where you left them.

How Claude Motion Graphics Comes Together

A short written brief turns into a finished, shareable animation in three straightforward steps.

Inside the Claude Motion Graphics Workflow

Grounded source files, chat-based revisions, hands-on editing and access control — here is everything the tool covers.

Built From Your Own Files

Add the report, dataset or visuals you already have, then state the audience, the venue and a rough runtime for a sharper result.

Revise by Chat

Ask for a slower second scene or a fresh Q3 figure and only that detail changes — the rest of the animation is untouched.

Hands-On Editor Control

Would rather nudge things yourself? Fine-tune the animation in the editor instead of describing every adjustment.

One-Click MP4 Export

Hit Export, choose MP4 and download the finished piece for an all-hands, a board deck or customer onboarding.

Private by Default

Each piece stays visible only to you until you open it and click Share, even when you circulate it across your organization.

Admin and Plan Controls

It runs in beta on Team and Enterprise; an Owner enables it under Organization settings > Artifacts and can scope access through custom roles.

FAQ

Claude Motion Graphics — Your Questions Answered

Straight answers on plan availability, editing, exports and how usage limits apply.

1

Which plans include it, and is it enabled by default?

It ships in beta for Team and Enterprise. Team has it switched on by default; Enterprise stays off until an Owner turns it on under Organization settings > Artifacts.

2

Will it produce realistic footage or human subjects?

No. There is no video generation model behind it, so you get no live-action clips or people — text, charts, shapes and images are animated as code.

3

Can a single word, figure or timing cue be changed without a rebuild?

Yes. Because every piece is code, one detail can be swapped while the other scenes stay exactly where they were.

4

How do I download or share what I made?

Choose Export, then MP4 to download it, or open the animation and click Share. Until you do, only you can see it.

5

How does this affect my usage limit?

Each animation counts toward your plan limits like any other work in Claude, and a long or intricate piece draws more than a routine message.

6

Can admins manage access, or decide who reaches human support?

Owners toggle the feature under Organization settings > Artifacts and can limit it to groups; Enterprise admins can also nominate support contacts who decide which members reach human support.
